As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive

This is a great tech card against burn decks

As a designer, it's tempting to capture all the specifics of a Universes Beyond concept with lots of text, but we have to identify the abilities that are most important to selling the flavor and trim the rest so that the set isn't overwhelmingly complex
