I dont think the combo will ever be more than fringe playable, though, and actual demand for this card has always felt softer to me than the price would indicate

For example, in a Kotori, Pilot Prodigy deck, youre free to run Snapcaster Mage as a way to cast From Father to Son from your graveyard for only two mana
